HUNTING WITH NOVEMBER

We picked up right where we left off in Killing November. Unlike the first book, this one is action-packed, suspenseful, intense, and definitely lives up to its genre, with mysteries, twists, and turns!

November's mission is to find her father and give answers to her tons of questions. She sets off with her friends and follows all the clues left on the path. From November's home town to Europe, and eventually lands on the enemy's territory.

THE MISSION IMPOSSIBLE GROUP

One of the things I liked the most about this book was the group and their friendship. But, not friendship per se, as they're still suspicious of each other's intentions, but still! Their banter and dialogue are composed of perfectly mixed wittiness, hilariousness, and angsty conversations.

 A LITTLE SPARK OF ROMANCE

I know romance is not our main genre here, but I greatly appreciate November and Ashai. The romance was not clearly emphasised, but I love these two so much.

I love how Ashai developed his character as well as his feelings for November. He became more expressive and communicative of his feelings to November.

"If you could see yourself the way I see you, you would know that you're perfect."

While November's still confused and finding her ground in the world of Strategia, I'm aware that she has feelings for Ashai, but they were not expressed very well in the book.

Nonetheless, the book kept us busy with its intense, action-packed, and suspenseful story.

 THRILLED AND MYSTERIFIED

I was mystified by this story. How did the answer appear right in front of their eyes and go unnoticed? The twists and turns really surprised me.

Highly recommended for readers who like young adult books, mysteries, and thrillers with wonderful friendship dynamics and action-packed stories.
